We Live In a Magical World

We live in a magical world,
the world of beauty and enormous potential.
We live in a reality that,
though seemingly harsh and difficult,
is permeated with Divine bliss,
a bliss that patiently awaits for people
to open their hearts and minds in order to receive it.

We live in a magical world,
where every new day offers new beginning,
a day in which people can consciously decide
to take the path of knowledge,
and dash on the wings of inspiration
towards the eternity of plenitude and peace.

The everyday suffering gets swollen up
by the magic of divine promise,
that gently whispers to all those
whose eyes started waking up from a deep slumber,
the slumber caused by ignorance and darkness
of our lower nature.

The magical world that is our everyday reality,
will remain until a certain point,
and the choice of eternity of plenitude and peace,
will gaze at us for a while longer,
hoping for renewal of that which is true and which is real.

Indeed, we live in the magical world,
though seemingly insignificant in the vastness of Creation,
yet connected to the source of everyone and everything,
in which all of us, from all epochs and nations,
from all kingdoms of nature,
share in the ever rising truth of totality of our infinite beings.

Astral projection or Lucid dreaming: Which One to Choose

I decided to write this post as a sort of a clarification, and to expand a little bit upon the meaning of these two abilities. I noticed that many people think about lucid dreaming as something that is happening exclusively in the mind, and believe that through it they can satisfy their unfulfilled desires, have a lot of fun, enhance their personality, as well as work on various obstacles that they have in daily life. Such usage is what many ‘experts’ in this field promote. The former boast with the titles of ‘scientist’ and use it in authoritative way to explain what lucid dreams are all about. Such people ignore, ridicule, or demean the ability of astral projection, which is defined as the projection of consciousness (inside the astral body) out of the physical vehicle. For these people, there is nothing in us that can be projected out in that way, so they label it as a silly occult mumbo-jumbo. Or, there are some others in this field who think of it as real, but also as something that is happening solely within ones own mind. Continue reading

Astral Travel Training: Tips that Increase Chances for OBE (Part 3/3)

Practices are not only about quantity. Even more important is quality. Easier said than done, but it’s a golden rule and very worthwhile to grasp it well. Someone once said that “definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different resuts”, and that if the door you try to open is not opening by pushing, then you need to pull it. This indicate the need to experiment in order to get to results.

Most people that get stuck somewhere in the process of learning astral projection, is because they are applying the same approach, without getting any result. This indicates that practices are done in a mechanical way. Therefore, before starting the practice, intent to do it with quality, and things might very well start changing for the better. Remember: astral projection is achieved when the mind is awake at the moment when the physical body falls asleep. It is that simple, and a quality practice will move you in that direction. Having More and Better Quality Astral Experiences (Part Two)

This article is a continuation from the one from previous week, in which we deal with increasing chances for astral projection, and having more conscious out of body experiences and lucid dreams. Last week I mentioned some important aspects such as concentration, awareness, relaxation, prayer, setting intention and goals etc. This week I will focus more on some other elements, equally important in order to start having regular astral experiences. To have such experiences on weekly (or even daily) basis, it’s important to take this ability seriously – that’s really the only way how experiences out of the body will start to occur in your life.

If you take some famous people who succeeded with this exercises (famous in the spiritual circles), such as Robert Monroe, William Buhlman, Belsebuub, Samael Aun Weor, etc., one thing that they all have in common is that they were very serious in, not only achieving astral projection once or twice, but practicing it regularly and doing other things that help with sharpening the ability of astral projection in order to have it regularly. It is the latter that has potential to change your life in ways unimaginable, but one needs to be serious, have pure intention, kindness, and thirst for knowledge. Continue reading

Increasing Chances for Astral Projection: Learning to Have Consistent Out of Body Experiences (1/3)

Astral travel is an enchanting ability, one of those that inspires mystery and wonder in many people throughout the world. And how wouldn’t it be when it offers potential to explore higher realities, a higher dimension of life in which so many things are possible. Most of people have difficulty with projecting out of their body. Unfortunately, they interpret this as a sign that astral travel is a made up thing because a technique doesn’t work. This of course is jumping to conclusion, which can be testified by the many people who have obtained the direct experience of the reality of astral projection and astral travel.

Even though in its essence astral projection is a simple thing – the mixture of concentration and relaxation – it often time requires more effort and additional information/instruction in order to make it happen. These days many people want to see the reality of astral travel, but because it is craved for for wrong and silly reasons, many will not see it happen. Continue reading

Preparing a Place for Spiritual Practices

“Find a quiet retreat for the practice of Yoga, sheltered from the wind, level and clean, free from rubbish, smouldering fires, and ugliness, and where the sound of waters and the beauty of the place help thought and contemplation.” ~ The Upanishads

As everything else in this world, success in spiritual practice depends on a certain requirements that need to be met, such as discipline, having a strong will-power and determination, right intention and goals, clear vision, asking for help etc.

When you start your spiritual practices, and particularly if you start a journey on the Gnostic Path, inwardly you will become more balanced and clean. Naturally then, you will want for your exterior to mirror what is inside you. In spontaneous manner we then arrange our practice room in a way that is inspiring and, by doing practices and preparations, are unconsciously charging it with higher energies that boost any spiritual practice.

The more inspired you are by the place, the more will you be aligned internally with the spiritual side of life, and will therefore apply more efforts into staying focused. In fact, the ability to concentrate in such environment becomes ‘effortless’, as if we are riding on a wave of a higher energy that is taking us towards our goal that we’ve set with the practice, be that achieving peacefulness in meditation, deeper Samadhi states, out of body experience, or anything else that we may want to achieve. Becoming a Spiritual Master

There are many ideas out there about what spiritual mastery entails, and there are many people who think of themselves as spiritual masters. Many believe that to become a master, it is necessary to renounce the mundane life, to retreat to nature and live for the rest of their lives as hermits. Many believe that in order to become a master it is mandatory to be a celibate, and that having a spouse is an obstacle to that. There are also many that believe, that experiencing Reality through meditation is what gives someone illumination, after which they become enlightened and free from this world. None of these beliefs touch the core of what spiritual mastery really is.

Experiencing Reality can only give a person a clear vision as to what they need to work towards to build permanently in themselves. Even if they are for a very brief time given the experience of the Being, it is only temporary as the Being is not integrated within.

Withdrawing from everyday life to live as a hermit somewhere deep in nature, one is missing amazing opportunities to discover ones own darkness, the inner defects that emerge in everyday situations and interactions. It is this platform that enables egos within us to surface so that we can see them and eliminate them as they arise. Continue reading
